We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is superb, situated in a vibrant area filled with interesting cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed exploring the local dining scene and even had the chance to experience live Turkish music at nearby live houses. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always providing us with excellent suggestions and going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and laundry facilities available to enhance our comfort. The hotel also offers a wide range of amenities, including a sauna for relaxation and live entertainment for additional enjoyment.
This place is highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

A little difficult to find in a very busy area of town. But I guess many hotels would be. But it was worth it. (I arrived at night in a car).

Spent new year's time at a hotel that was located perfectly within the city center. The hotel was conveniently located near several shops and restaurants, which made it easy to find entertainment throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was diverse and tasty, including continental options such as fresh fruit and delicious baked goods. The room was also spacious and well-lit, making for a comfortable stay.
The hotel was a bit difficult to navigate if you had large luggage as the pedestrian walkways were narrow. some staff members had a bit of difficulty with English, which led to some misunderstandings.

Spent easter at this hotel, and it was overall an enjoyable experience. the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. the rooms were very clean and well maintained. the location was extremely convenient for exploring the city and finding great places to eat nearby. I also really appreciated the gym center which had just the right amount of equipment.
The internet connection speed was less than satisfactory. It was difficult to keep up with social media and emails, especially when there was work to be done.

Location is super. Cleanness is super. Very kind staff. The hotel overall is excellent in all aspects. I strongly recommend staying in. Hope to maintain this level
It would be great if they add tea / coffee making machines in the rooms.
